I believe that embracing diverse perspectives, dismantling traditional Eurocentric narratives, and creating an inclusive learning environment are essential to fostering a transformative educational experience for all students.

I am committed to centering multiple intersectional identities and culture-specific perspectives in my teaching, valuing various epistemologies, and promoting a collaborative and bi-directional approach to assessment and feedback.
